Application to Work Together
After I have reviewed your application and we have mutually confirmed our match to work together, I will send you a contract outlining the expectations for the both of us throughout the project + invoice for the deposit, which is to ensure the availability in my calendar.You let me know that you would like to work with me by answering a few questions in an application here.
Contract + Deposit
After you have paid the deposit, our collaboration is confirmed, and we will schedule a 90-120 minute Brand + Design Strategy session over Zoom. This will give me an opportunity to get to know you as a soul, human and a business owner, learn about your audience, your offers and your dreams. This information provides me with a basis for strategically designing your website + visual identity that you love, that your dream audience loves, and which makes you make more money in your business. The meeting will furthermore provide you clarity in terms of your brand strategy and strategic + creative direction of your business.
Brand + Design Strategy Meeting
While in this phase you will be working on writing a website copy + delivering me all photos and other content for your upcoming website, I will implement all key findings from our Brand + Design Strategy Meeting to curate a brand strategy + creative direction for your business, that speaks directly to your dream clients and stems from a place of authenticity, alignment and strategy all at once. All of that will thereafter be translated into visual identity, whereby I will create a mood board, a list of curated stock photos, a custom color palette and pick your brand fonts. I will immediately also implement that strategy + visual identity into designing a website Home page for you. We thereafter have an up to 45-minute meeting where I present the work so far, and you will have a chance for sharing feedback + asking for any changes you would like to see.
Brand Strategy + Visual Identity Development
After you have confirmed the visual identity and your website Home page design, I will move on to design the rest of your website, for both desktop and phone view. Hereby I will also implement SEO to make sure your website + services show up in search engines. When I am ready, we will have another meeting to implement any potential changes you would like to see.
Designing your Dream Website
Now all the big work is done and your site is almost ready to launch! In this phase we connect your domain, and make sure that all the nitty-gritty is in place and exactly how it’s supposed to be. Here you will make your last payment, unless agreed upon otherwise. We will teach you how to make future changes on the website, and how to use your social media templates if you have chosen to have them created for you. However, you can always hire us for these future changes as well.
Final Revision
Congratulations! Your new website is ready and a new era in your business has just begun! You are now positioned as an industry professional – you can now proudly present your website to your network, and have it bring you clients while you sleep! YAY!!! Time to go out for a delicious dinner or celebrate this big achievement deservingly!

Yes, we do! We know investing into your business is a huge step, and that not everyone is able to make the full investment all at once, and therefore we want to meet people at where they are at, when it comes to payment solutions.
Simply write "I would like a payment plan" in the comments section under the Application Questionnaire, and we will find a solution that feels good and aligned for all of us!
Payment is made through a bank transfer, after you have received an invoice from me. A non-refundable deposit is required to book into my calendar, and the amount will depend on your payment plan and level of investment. The remaining payment is due before the launch.
You are allowed three refinements to the brand concept proposal as needed. Additional refinements will be charged at 1000 DKK | 149 USD | 135 EUR per refinement request. Refinements after the package deliverables have been sent are not allowed.
You are responsible for meeting the project deadline by delivering me all website copy (text) and imagery by our set deadline. Besides that, you are responsible for showing up for our scheduled meetings and check-ins.
Prior to start, we set the project deadline, whereby we mutually commit to ensuring the smoothness of the workflow.
Custom Branding: 2-3 weeks.
Custom Websites: 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and the scope of the project.
More than often, the project tends to get lengthened out when a client is not able to deliver the site copy and text by requested deadline. Another factor impacting the delivery window is the amount of revisions you may want to see.
Prior to start, we agree on the project deadline, whilst we both show up for our individual part of the commitment to ensure to meet it.
